Prime Residential Project.
Electrical upgrade to a prime residential apartment opposite Marble Arch in the heart of West London.
We completed electrical upgrades including small power, feature pendants and joinery lighting.

Belgravia, West London
Prime Residential Project.
Taylor & Taylor completed the electrical upgrade to a grade II listed development in the heart of Belgravia, London.
We upgraded the lighting and small power throughout the property to meet the clients needs and to keep inline with the history and character of the property.

Lansdowne, SW London
Prime Residential Refurbishment, Battersea.
A new project with a new client for 2025 has given Taylor & Taylor the opportunity to showcase our expertise and deliver an electrical upgrade to a beautiful town house style property in SW London. The project has been split into two phase’s: 1st phase is the works to the two upper floors and the 2nd phase is the refurbishment of the ground and lower ground floors. Once complete we will have upgraded all small power and lighting throughout the property including new bathrooms and the existing kitchen.

Edwardes Square
Grade II Listed Property, Kensington.
One of our most recent project has been the full refurbishment of a Grade II listed home in the heart of Kensington. The property boasts an age of over 200 years old and Taylor & Taylor were instructed to carry out a full re-wire including data, fire, lighting and the assistance with upgrading the new incoming supply.

Lauderdale Mansions
Residential Project, Maida Vale.
Lauderdale mansions is a high-end residential project located in the heart of Maida Vale, London. The project consists of a full fit-out with a new floor being created within the loft space. As the electrical subcontractor we are completing a full re-wire and are working closely with the client on all aspects of the electrical portion of the project such as the lighting design and electrical accessory finishes which will compliment the new design.

Pan Peninsula, Canary Wharf
Residential Refurbishment.
Taylor & Taylor were instructed to complete the electrical portion of a 3 bedroom apartment refurbishment at the Pan Peninsula, Canary Wharf. We completed alterations to the small power and lighting to suit the new apartment layout using products from Buster + Punch and Astro Lighting. The project will be completed Autumn 2024.
